Quality Control.

We are offering the Quality Control Service as an additional service for anyone who needs it. We know how important it is that the bulk production turns out the same way as the approved production sample, as no-one wants rejects and returns of sold items to customers based on an unsatisfied quality.
Our quality control is here to assure the products turn out as agreed on and in case revision is required, this can be still done on the ground in Bali. Quality Control in combination with a collaborative workflow can be beneficial not only for you as a brand and the factory, but also for the outcome in a consistent quality of the goods.

Our Quality Control service can be used for various product categories, such as RTW, knit wear, swimwear, active wear, jewelry, accessories etc.

  • The leadtime depends on multiple factors - the type of product, the quantity, and the quality requirements. Usually the quality check process can take between 7-14 days. Once we have your details, we can give you a better time line. Time for revisions are not included.

  • We are charging a fee per product. The price depends on the type of goods and the units which need to be checked. We can either quality check all units of your PO or you can let us know what percentage of the total shall be checked.
    Rates per product vary from 15.000Rp - 80.000Rp, and the minimum fee is 1.000.000 Rp.

  • We will send you an enquiry asking for details about the goods that need to be checked.
    This includes info about units, product type, supplier/manufacturer contacts, finishing and delivery dates, approved sample and/or tech pack.
    Based on these details we will prepare a quote for you. Once the quote is accepted we will send the invoice, and after payment, the booking of the quality control service is confirmed.
    With your approved sample and/or tech pack, we will prepare a check list which needs to be confirmed by you. After that, the quality control will follow the check list.
    Items which didn’t pass will get a sticker and be handed back to the manufacturer for revision. If you wish to recheck these items, we will charge 50% of the initial quality check fee per product.
    Items which pass the quality check will receive a “pass” sticker, so you know the product has been checked.
    Once the quality control is finished, you will receive feedback from us and then it can be shipped.
