Product Development.
Before starting bulk production we recommend undergoing a sampling process.
We can either help you out by creating a tech pack, or you can provide the tech pack yourself, and we will create a block pattern based on your spec sheet. Unless you already know the exact fabric you want to use, the first prototype may be done in an alternative fabric.
You will then receive the prototype for feedback, and production will only start once we have your approval on the production sample in the final fabric.
Tech Pack
Your jewelry and textile pieces need a proper technical package (tech pack), which is the blue print of your design.
It carries all the key information needed to create your design, to ensure samples turn out correctly and mistakes are cut down.
As a tech pack is a very essential document and can be quite complex, we are here to help you out. Depending on your needs and budget we offer two different tech packs:
- Spec Sheet
- Basic tech pack
- Extended tech pack
A tech pack usually includes
Front and back/side CADs
Measurements for one sample size incl. points of measurement (POM)
Materials (eg. fabric, trims, metal type, stones etc )
Print/Color details
Construction details
Reference images
Our basic tech pack usually starts at around 1.5mil IDR. To provide you with an accurate quote, please provide us a brief description of your design. Fittings, comments and tech pack updates are charged at an hourly rate.

Sampling Process
The product development doesn’t end with the tech pack.
Once the first proto sample/prototype is ready, we will send it to you for feedback until final approval for bulk production.
We can help you to review the sample and do the fitting with the tech pack. One round of revision is included.
Through the sampling process we will insure that you will receive the product you are after, in regards to quality, budget and aesthetic.
